A showcase of the photography of Rachel Harris

I have been doing photography since I was tall enough to see over the counter in my grandfather's darkroom, about seven years old.  This is still the same darkroom I work in to this day!  Though I have been experimenting with the opportunities that digital offers.  Photography has become my passion and now I have a degree in it from San Francisco State University.

I am incredibly fortunate to have family and friends that support and encourage my work.

A few more things about me...  I carry my camera with me everywhere!  My favorite color, smell and flower is lavender.  I am currently reading Eragon by Chrisopher Paolini -- I highly recommend it.  I watch Food Network any chance I get, and I named my car after Giada De Laurentiis -- I got to tell her so when I met her a book signing a few years ago.  I have a lhasa apso / tibetan terrior mix dog named Molly Bug.  I prefer red wine over white, but I believe that champagne or sparkling wines are for any and all occasions -- cheers!
